In the early summer of 2016, iTax Consulting was founded in Shanghai, with a strategic linkage to Hong Kong. Back then, our vision was simple: to be a professional partner that speaks plainly, acts earnestly, and cares sincerely in the complex world of taxation and finance.

We deeply understand that taxation and finance are not just cold numbers and regulations. They underpin the vitality of every enterprise — the pulse of cash flow, the armor of compliant operations, and the cornerstone of strategic decision-making.

With this belief, we brought together a group of "persistent" professionals. Most of them have over a decade of in-depth experience at top foreign consulting firms. They are Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and Certified Tax Agents (CTAs), as well as industry-focused observers and practitioners.

Our expertise is forged through long-term experience at top-tier institutions.Our core team members have held leadership or key positions at international accounting firms and professional consulting firms including PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Ernst & Young (EY), with an average of more than 15 years of industry experience.

We have witnessed the integration of the Chinese market with international rules, served numerous Fortune Global 500 enterprises including Nokia Bell, Tata Group, Amphenol, and Syngenta, and accompanied countless small and medium-sized enterprises through their growth cycles. This means we not only master laws and regulations, but also understand the real operational logic and core pain points of enterprises of different sizes, industries and development stages.

We have also built a dual-city bridge between Shanghai and Hong Kong to fulfill our mission of "Bringing In" and "Going Global" — paving the way for international enterprises exploring the Chinese market, and safeguarding Chinese enterprises with ambitions to expand overseas.
