Ms. Elina Qian has nearly 20 years working experience in finance
and tax related area.
She previously worked in ECOVIS ,a German International CPA firm,
and a taxation consulting company, providing services to Fortune
Global top 500 Enterprises and worked as CEO in a well-known
foreign CPA firm Shanghai office.
She has provided consulting services to AstraZeneca, GSK, Novartis, Continental AG, Eaton, Delphi, Lloyd’s Register of Shipping
and many other world-class enterprises.
Maggie Yu
Partner (SH)
Ms. Maggie Yu has over 25 years working expericence in accounting and tax related area. She previously worked in Sino Japanese
joint venture manufacturing enterprise and one of the top 500
corporations and also worked as the CFO and financial director of
post investment management in a foreign consulting company.
She is strong in providing professional financial and tax related
consulting services to accompany the lifecycle of enterprises.
Jeremy Law
Partner (HK)
Jeremy Law has nearly 11 years professional audit experience in Hong
Kong, specializing in auditing, due diligence, asset injections and mergers
in Hong Kong. He previously worked in the audit department of PwC and
Ernst&Young, with clients mainly multinational companies listed in Hong
Kong.
He has a bachelor's degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and
Technology and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and
Wales.
